I don't think Dak is a franchise quarterback, he's average at best. His accuracy is poor, and he misses wide open reviewers way too often.
Dez hasn't been good, on a consistent basis, since he got his big contract. I think he's always been a sloppy route runner, which is why no quarterback has thrown to him like he's the number one receiver. Now he drops as many balls as he catches.
Yesterday Zeke was averaging about 5 yards per carry and had about 50 yards in the first quarter, on pace for 200 yards and he hasn't even broke one for a long run. For some reason, the coaches quit handing him the ball. Seattle had given up tons of yards on the ground the last 2 games, yet the coaches decided to pass instead of run the ball.
Then the Cowboys had the ball on the 2-3 yards line and never gave Zeke the ball, not even once. Dak took a huge sack and Bailey missed what is normally and easy field goal for him. I hope Bailey's hamstring is still bothering him and he can recover to be the Dan Bailey he was, Mr. Automatic.
Garrett made some poor decisions in this game, even worse than he normally does.
I'd be good is they fired Garrett, cut Dez and had an open quarterback competition. What little I've seen of Cooper Rush, he has looked pretty darn good. Give him a shot, don't just hand the job to Dak.

No national championships, not even close to them, no playoff wins as a pro, and mid level receiving career stats with more drops than catches at key moments in games.

I stand by my statement 100%. Never done nothing, never will do nothing. Fire his weak *** and move on.

Dez was pretty dominate 2012, '13, and '14 and made plays that not a lot of recievers even have the ability to make. Then injuries and attitude set in and it's been downhill the last 3 years.

Still today Romo is a better quarterback than what the Texans have ever fielded. Watson is the one that couldn't handle a strong gust of wind, in practice even.

My apologies for some errant posts from Texan fans. SMH

Momma always said there are gonna be days like this. Unfortunately it happens every season with the cowboys. Sometimes it’s defense can’t stop run or pass and sometimes the offense keeps shooting themselves in the foot with turnovers. I’ve been a cowboys fan only for five years now and boy it’s been tough and I’m not seeing much light at end of the tunnel

Well, football season ended for me yesterday. I've got no further interest in it since the Cowboys ain't play-n. Guess I'll take up pig kill-n till the fish start bite-sized good. Oh yeah, got Bonanza coming up to.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kilt. Gotta go!

I'll regain interest when Jerry cuts Garrett, a coach that is barely above .500 and has coached the Cowboys to the playoffs only twice in 7 years.

"Soon to be gone" Marvin Lewis has coached the Bengals into the post season 5 times during the same period. Just restating a fact of the matter.

Last game of the season worth watch-n. Cause it's the only team worth watch-n that plays football . I know it don't amount to anything; the game that is; other than a chance to beat the Eagles. But gotta support my home team none the less.

So, with that be-n said:

Go Cowboys!

Getting shutout today by another teams backups would be a fitting end to the season for this team. Where do they even start in the off season?

Cowboys pitching a 6-0 shutout likely saves the DC's job. The OC likely sealed his fate with that offensive (very offensive) performance. It was dang cold out there though. The only skill player on the field that looked somewhat comfortable was the Eagles 3rd string QB.

As long as we are wishing, another Demarcus Ware and a wide receiver that no one can defend. Not like Dez that talks the talk but can't walk the walk.

I found this on the Dallas Morning News site.

"If you're wondering what would happen if the Cowboys decided to part ways with Dez, the team would save $8.5 million, but he would still count as $8 million in dead money against the cap. If he were released or traded after June 1st, he would count $4 million against the 2018 cap and $4 million against the 2019 cap."
