Another "would you eat it" thread

Venison steaks left in a cooler with ice for 60 hours. There was still ice when I set the cooler in the garage at 4 am Thursday morning. Friday at 11:30 the ice is gone and the remaining water is 62 degrees, the ambient air temp was 72. Smell test? They are in the fridge now.

Should be fine. After all, Lewis and Clark ate a lot of tainted deer meat and they all made it back safely. Well, except for one guy who died of Appendicitis!
