Prayers for Dr. Ed Ashby for good health

All archers -- and especially traditional equipment users -- can be grateful for the 30-plus years of detailed and specific studies on hunting arrow performance that Dr. Ashby has conducted. Had a very nice conversation with Joe Furlong today -- he is the owner of one of the top broadhead companies in business, Tuffhead. He said Dr. Ashby's health is not great and could certainly use prayers. Mr. Furlong said Dr. Ashby lives in the country in a small cabin, so any serious health problem could be quite problematic. For all the good Dr. Ashby has provided to bowhunters, we should offer prayers for his strength.

The Doc has been in very poor health for a long time now.
He only lives about 15 miles from my best friend, and he hunts on my friends ranch when he's able, so I get updated on him quite often.

      Prayers up.
