Yes. I bought 2 from a guy. I have also have caught 11 and still have 5 to go get.

13 colonies in boxes. 2 wild colonies.

The ladies are hitting the Indian Blankets and the coreopsis somethingerrother like crazy right now. Horse mint is full bloom now too and gives a lemony taste to the honey.

How far north can you have hives? I’ve always wanted to get a couple but now I’m moving to Colorado and think I misssd the boat.

You can have them in colorado some up into new York and such farther north the less africanized bees there are
