Made these this morning for deer camp work day, but We make these at deer camp during the season and are very easy to make and also roll up in some foil and take to the stand.
This is for 16 rolls so you can cut the ingredients in half for one can of biscuits.
2 cans Grands biscuits
1 pound venison breakfast sausage or regular will work also.
1-Eight oz Cream Cheese (we used jalapeno cream cheese)
Brown sausage and drain off grease.
mix cream cheese with the sausage.
take biscuit and flatten out by hand
put about a table spoon or so of the mixture on the biscuit
Roll up and fold ends up pinch the seam closed
set on pan seam side down
Bake till golden brown
