Draw hunt pattern?

I’m definitely seeing a pattern. 19 years in a row of not drawing

I just started entering three years ago. Got drawn for Laguna archery the first year and one other. Got drawn again for Laguna last year and again this year both for archery. Last year I was drawn for one other and this year too. But I put in for about 20 each year.

I have been putting in for several years. Usually 10-15 different hunts and have never been drawn for anything.

Laguna bow hunt doesn't seem hard to get drawn for. 750 permits and 1000 entered.
