It depends on what you compare it against. If you compare it against south tx, it's much cheaper!

Both.. It all comes down to what you are looking for. You can Find Trophy package hunts, Management Hunts, or a lease. Most of the Time The Lease is Cheaper but, You could go yrs on some places and never see a 150 class deer. It all depends what you are looking for.
