First big game animal I ever shot with a bow was a bear when I was elk hunting.

I was a noob, and spent a half- hour stalking AWAY from him to a place where I thought he couldn't get me!

I've heard of a lot of bears climbing to the base of the stand but never past the hunter. I think I might have just given him the tree, stand, bow and whatever else he wanted.
