I had a lazy week last week and just couldn't get motivated. Despite the cold I drug myself outta bed and made it in this morning. Hopefully, I can get motivated for the rest of the week.

A little walk on the treadmill to get the hip lubed up and the blood moving, then 3 warm up sets and 3 working sets. Chest and biceps, 3X8 supersets.

Seated wide grip chest press/preacher curl
Incline chest press/barbell curl
Inverse grip bench press/hammer curl
Incline cable fly/incline dumbbell curl

Tomorrow will be either a 10X10 or the 400 challenge. The GF says she needs more cardio.

Think I'm going to join in on this thread after seeing all the motivation.

Had a pretty good kettlebell workout at home. 5 rounds for time with a 16kg bell of:
20 Swings
15 Around the body
10 Windmills
5 Goblet squats

After that, I did a 20 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) of 8 snatches with the 16kg kettlebell.

I know the feeling. My stomach was in rejection mode yesterday from all the food and drinks that I'm not used to. Hopefully I'll get back to it this afternoon.
It was nice to meet and visit with you and your lovely bride Saturday.

Back at you!

There are definitely consequences when you eat clean all the time then twist off for a weekend. I thought my wife was going to leave me on the side of the road at Waco.

The date change killed me. Nanza has always been Spring Break weekend for as long as I can remember. I booked a trip to NOLA for Mardis Gras many months ago for last weekend thinking I would be in my new house and already have the existing house on the market and still be available for Bownanza. Well you know what they say about plans, lol. 2019 is not going how I envisioned!

Nope, didn't make it today. I slept so hard. The alarm went off and I turned it off and thought "15 more minutes". I woke up an hour later!

Maybe tomorrow.

A lousy night of sleep. Waking up too many times to head to the water closet, then getting toned out for a woman with flu like symptoms, and then the **** cats howling. Geez, I can't wait to get to the lease this weekend for some peace and QUIET!

I did make gym this morning though. Warm up on treadmill, 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets. Nice and slow, concentrating on the eccentric move. Back and triceps 3X8 supersets.

T-bar row/body weight dips
Narrow grip pull down/skull crushers
Body weight ring pullups/rope extension
Inverse grip plank row/cable kickbacks

If y’all dont mind, I’m going to join in on this thread. Just got on the scale for the first time in several months and holy helllll Batman. Bout passed out. Gained more weight this year, about 10 lbs to put me at 257. Notice my jeans had gotten somewhat snug over the last few weeks. Time to get on the horse get some weight off. Got to figure out some kind of workout for at home until I decide if I will gym it or not.

Day 1 - 3/17/19

Goal 1- drop 10 lbs by end of month.

Lots of free home workouts online. Programs like Beachbody and Athlean X are good at home workouts also, but not free. Diet and cardio will probably be your best bet for fast weight loss. Good luck and welcome to the thread.

Tubing squat to standing rows.

Missed most of last week with a stomach bug that made me nervous to lift much of anything, including a fork. Lost a couple pounds I hope to get back.

After I finished yesterday's (should have been Tuesday's) workout, the wife and one of her friends brought a truckload of children's books to the house. Full bed, stacked above the sides of the bed, probably 20 something boxes about 30-40# each. I got a second workout hauling boxes in the house for them to "go through." Then just before midnight, I got to haul them back out to the truck.

11-11-11 challenge today. Got a day behind, so I combined what should have been yesterday's workout and today's.

11 inchworm plank walkouts.
Under 11 minutes (9:58).
I still hate burpees!
#2

Reminds me of a buddy in college that did a gainer off the bridge on aquarena into the river to try and impress some chicks.

Peroxide and butterfly bandages be as good as new with minimal scaring.

400 challenge.
Mixed my reps up today. Tried a 100 rep ladder set that I came across on YouTube. Guess it would actually be a super or giant set, since it was 4 moves. I knew my time would suffer since there was more time changing exercises than usual. Still got it done in 11:08 and I don't feel as burned out.
