Anyone hunt South Dakota?

Anyone on here hunt the Black Hills are in South Dakota?

I have to go up there to our cabin in Custer next month and was wondering if I should take my bow with just for fun. I really want to go pheasant hunting in Huron at some family land but time wont allow it this time.

I've Pheasant hunted up there before in Mitchell. The deer are huge!
Just set up on CRP fields and find a tree line.

We would bump big bucks while bird hunting. Dang near step on top of them.

I've been planning a trip up there for the better part of a year. Supposed to head that way near the end of next month. My preferred date is in a little bit of jeopardy due to business obligations but I'm hoping to still make it.

I live and hunt NW South Dakota hunt phesant, grouse, deer and antelope and the occasional coyote.
