The bank came through. Looks like construction will begin in Spring 2018.
I know this was started as a barndo build thread, but it is now a standard home build.
Stay tuned. I’ll be doing about 90% of the work myself, so it’s going to be a fun time!
Hopefully I’ll have time over the next few weeks to get everything finalized with the bank so we can go ahead and get things rolling.
The first few steps will be to have my water line run, set new power poles, get the slab batter boards up, run sewer rough, then have the slab poured. I’ve always preferred to have concrete poured in the dead of winter, so it looks like the timing is right for me.
