Anxious to see the results ... as well as the final cost.
Epoxy resin will not melt the foam, just about every other type of resin will.

Me too, this will be the first one I have built this way and it may be the hardest way possible. Should have done a square on first, but what fun is that

Have a plan for doors and roof, it is going to be billant or an epic failure. Doors will be square off and flat. Roof will be the pour foam they put in boats for flotation and sanded into a dome.

Nice looking build project. Do you have connections to epoxy resin supplier, because that size blind could end up costing the normal guy +300 just in resin easily. I look forward to the wnd product.

I actually just tried this a few months ago. I got a bunch of camo burlap on clearance at Walmart and tried normal off-the-shelf resin from Home Depot. It melted the foam. Maybe are used to much activator since it was just a small test batch.

He's using epoxy resin ... the resin you got was fiberglass (polyester) resin.
I missed that part when I first read it.

Most likely I will not get anything done. Coaching baseball and our tournament is this weekend. Rained out today but taking the kids for Batting practice for game tomorrow
