Favorite PRIVATE rv park in the Hill Country???

We stay at a lot of state parks and love them but wanting to open our options up. We have stayed at a few privately owned rv parks and some are nice, we stay at 7 bluffs at the Frio and love it, but most we have looked at have very little shade and pack you in like sardines. We like shade and a little ground between us and the neighbor. So do any of you have a favorite private park you like in the Hill country? Preferable with some water for swimming or just relaxing with a cold drink.

We enjoy Camp Hauco Springs in Gruene. We have travel trailer there till end of April. Not tons of room or shard trees but be right on River is pretty cool! I also enjoy Gruene in the evening

Come and enjoy magnificent sunsets in the Texas Hill Country on the shores of beautiful Lake LBJ. Sunset Point RV Resort is close to Austin, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio yet in a quiet, lakefront setting. Marble Falls and the surrounding area offer many restaurants, shopping, golf courses, watersports, and outdoor recreation.

we just did the Lazy L and L. It was large and open. I can see where it would/could get crowded but it was right on the river and clean. Kids loved it.

Not the hill country but we like going to the jellystone parks in Burleson and Waller.

Others that I like close to Austin are: Bastrop State Park and Lockhart State Park both have swimming pools in the park. There's a private park in Glen Rose that has a big swimming pool too that was pretty good.

We stayed at the Twin Elm guest ranch and rv park. It is a small park with only about 40 spots. Has a pool, club house, clean bath rooms . Located in Bandera TX
