Has anyone been lately? How has the Administration's recent Cuba travel policy announcements affected leisure travel to there?

There's a gentleman that posted videos on his Facebook page for carnival cruiseline I believe. There first cruise to cuba. Seem really interesting alot of positives from the people that went. Should be able to look it up.
