Forgive me for not remembering. Did you have the extra "balance ring" or was yours the other one. I don't remember which one it was but one was nice and seasoned and cooked better than the other.

Then again by the end I had both of them pretty well seasoned.

Yep, came with a ring to put the disc on. I may be able to get a second as well if y'all want.

This.

Last year was kind of a cluster ****. Heck, we were set up in two different spots for a hour and a half. Any and all ideas will be heard. Input from all is what makes this thing great.

I also think we underestimated the manpower needed to do this. The more the merrier. Then we can take breaks and enjoy refreshments.

This was our list from last year. Considering I was cooking the whole time I didn't really get to see what was going on with the rest of the minon. i.e. I'm going to need last year's gang to chime in on what we need more of and what we need less of.

I would be nice to have a larger disc or disc with a rail on it. Obviously I was trying to cook as much as I could as possible. I seem to remember the rest of the gang waiting on me to get the next batch ready. If I could do more at one time that would speed things up.

Michael, the balance ring was a tremendous help.

One of these days I'm going to make me one of these disc cookers, but unfortuantely, it's not real high on the to-do list.

How many are going to be there friday evening? We could rally around the family, with a pocket full of shells.....Oh wait. We could get together and make sure everything is accounted for. I know last year, my propane was not in the right place and you had to go get some at the last minute.

SAC - nothing but love. I would ask you to join with me, but I feel Chad is a better washer pitcher than you.

Well as much as I'd like to help Darrell out, I think it might be to the benefit of us all if I continue to carry the dead weight around (hi Mark). He can get pretty upset if he only gets to play once every two hours and may decide to take his boards and stomp away....I don't think any of us would want that.

Now back on topic you slackers. Does anyone remember which taquito was the best "seller"? We may want to proportion our product. I know we ended up barely getting rid of what we made, but didn't we have eggs or bacon or something that we didn't even use?
