Their shakes suck. Not even real ice cream...just go look at the nutrition info on their website. The burgers are fine.

One thing I've observed---drive-thru lines are S-L-O-W, regardless of the business. And, they slow down service inside too. I just park and go inside---don't like sitting in my truck waiting, waiting, waiting.

Chic fil a drive thru is a mad house most times at least the ones in Tyler. Many times the vehicles wrap around the place. I usually park & go inside. Usually pretty efficient & great service.

I love the place but GEEEze! Got in line @ 420 on my way to work in Baytown on 146. Sat there until 440, with 3 people in front of me. Finally had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work! THREE people, including one TBHer. Rant over
