When she found the first lump, I thought there's no way this can be happening to us, and was certain the results wouldn't be cancer.
Now, you live a paranoid life knowing that it could very easily come back.

Great news! Very glad to hear it was just a tissue bruise. Regarding the paranoia, we live it as well and each year at the mammogram time, things get heightened. It seems each year it gets bumped back a month or two and she gets worried. Each year, the worries, the stress and then the wait for clear results.
