Licensor is requiring a million dollar liability policy

Purchased it for our last corporate lease. Pretty responsibly priced. Never had to make a claim. Easy to renew.

We have it on our lease. Rates are good, but don’t know how good any insurance is until you have to make a claim.

Been using it for years without issue. 1M with 2M umbrella. It actually protects the leasee and lessor.

I worked for QDMA for 2 years and never heard of anyone having a problem with their insurance. QDMA is a good organization

Do your self a favor and use a reputable local agency, we had to file a claim once
And I was very glad to have a advocate walk me through the claim

That's who ours is through. Easy to sign up.never had to use it. Our landowner requires a policy so that's what we do to keep them happy

Pretty sure one claim would wipe out the kitty ! I think it’s set up like a big group policy. First ones to get claim in , win.

I have a policy with them. You never know how good they are until you need them. Fortunately I've never needed them. They are quick to cash my policy checks when I send them though.

Haven’t had a claim but our owner liked the immediate email of policy activation and we could choose between a March 1 or Aug 1 effective date.
