    25# smoked link and 25# jalapeño bacon pepper jack cheese stuffed and ready to cook off tomorrow. I’ll post final product when done.

              Nope just used to keep it cool while we got other things ready. You need to keep the meat as cold as possible while working, It was a little warm yesterday.

                      I’ve stuck it back in the cooler in a bag on ice, but never just put cubes on the meat. I was just curious if you mixed it into the sausage for some reason.

                        Did you cold smoke or cook?? I have just put raw links in the freezer and smoked or grilled when I want to eat it.
