Cable slide serving

Would put serving at the cable slide effect the time of the bow? I’ve got a bow that has some fraying at the slide & was gonna put some serving on it till seasons over.

I wouldn’t think it would. Especially when you think about how a lot of people time their bows. Some people like to advance timing on the top or bottom cam slightly. I think it would be negligible change if you decided to proceed
