Anyone want to hunt elk?

I will be heading to sw colorado for first time. Hunting otc 2nd rifle season. Bear hunt in cali is literally up in flames so this is a good backup lol.

I'm headed to unit 78 in SW Colorado for rifle bear hunt Friday. I have elk hunted up there but it has been over 20 years ago. What unit are you hunting in?

Looking at unit 70. I've been in analysis mode for the past week lol. Was originally turned on to the unit for bear, but archery season requires a drawn elk/deer tag.

Just got back from unit 70. Got a bear with my bow. Seems to be a good unit for bear.
