    ~Any TIPS on Prep and Cooking up BIG HOG RIBS ?

    Never attempted big hog ribs like what I have going on right now. Any tips and secrets for large ribs off a 180lb pig ?

    pre-boil them in liquid crab boil or Cajun seasonings over low heat for 1 hr

    then throw 'em on the pit
