This buck is a buck I named Idiot. He's a fighter. He doesn't care who he fights. He has most of the bucks in the area buffaloed. He's whipped most of them.
I called him Idiot when he was pawing the dirt and snort wheezing at this buck for about 5 minutes. I thought he was going to get himself killed. They didn't lock up.
He fought this buck for about 5 minutes last Sunday. Whipped him also.
This buck is 6 1/2 this year and got his whupping the other day. He now is afraid for Idiot to even look at him.
All that said, whould you take him out. All this agression is not normal with bucks of the caliber that he's fighting. He looks 4 1/2. I 'm wondering if he's an over the hill buck. With his age at least 4 1/2, his score under 130, and his tendency to fight, risking injury to one of the big deer, would you get him out of the herd?
