I Found A US Uniformed Service Card

I found a U. S. Uniformed Services ID card in a parking lot. Does anyone have any ideas on how to contact the owner to return it to him? I tried the local property tax role and a few other internet searches with no luck.

I think I found him. Thanks for the facebook idea. I'm getting old and social media is not my strong point.

In the old days, I think I recall a message on the back of the card saying if found, to drop it into any USPS mail box. I could be wrong as it has been a long time (40+ years) since I carried on of those ID cards.

To be clear... I'm not a cop or PI, just have a lot of experience tracking people down as a part of my job, a few of whom would have preferred not to be found.
