Spectrum internet outage

We're out in Carrollton (DFW) went out last night, still aint working this morning.


Almost gave up the house we're in right now when I found out TWC/Spectrum is the only provider...

I can confirm DOCSIS customers all across the state are down. It's being worked on. I'm on a call right now listening in.

We've had them for the past couple of years now. I wasn't excited at first but they haven't been too bad until.......

Just found out that yesterday at 12 am Spectrum dropped Sportsman Channel. I'm calling today to see how much they value this customer and what they are willing to do to keep us on board.
