Best tool for cutting arrows?

I've used a pipe cutter. Small blue one from Lowe's. Worked okay. Just make sure to put a drill bit or something inside the arrow. Otherwise the pipe cutter will squash the arrow instead of getting a smooth cut around it.

If using a dreamer how do y’all ensure the cut is flush and square?

Ive a Weston saw and it works great. I got to looking in my pantry and never realized how many appliances they make...ie...meat slicers etc.
