Used riding mower

I know the words good, cheap and used shouldn't be used in the same sentence, but anybody got a good, cheap, used riding mower to sell? It's for my stepson and his fiance. Trying to help them out a little.

BTW, I suggested just getting him a couple of push mowers, but the wife won't fathom the idea of a 25 y/o push mowing an acre of land. I beg to differ........... so, just trying to keep a little peace around here.

I have a cheap, used one you can have. You would have to do some work on it to make it good, though!

im selling a 17.5 hp craftsman riding mower, runs great, 42in deck, about 6yrs old, no holes or rips on seat, asking $500

I'm not sure if it is carb, or what. It was running when I bought the new one, but would be really hard to start sometimes, to the point I got PO'ed enough to go buy a new one. I am not a small engine mechanic!
