    Easy Way To Make Buckstix/Snack Sticks.

    Here is a short video of my tribe making buckstix. The boys are catching on and whipped out a 100 lb batch in a little under 2.5 hours Sunday.

                      No sir. Usually mix about half of the seasoning in before first grind and the other half before the second. No cheese.

                      That is an older F. D i c k 6 liter. We use that for buckstix cause with that small diameter piston it's easier to push meat through a 1/2" tube.

                          That's awesome. Looks like you have the process down!

                          I've been bringing my meat to a restaurant with a commercial mixer to blend for me... NEVER thought of using a drill with a paint mixer!!!!! That's awesome.
