Weekend: Last full weekend, 24, 25 and 26
First weekend is Easter
Second weekend I will be at Goose Island State Park
Third Weekend is Roz's birthday; but I might be able to swing this one if needed.
The Meat and Potatoes hunt is for everyone; families, children and wives are encouraged to attend. No craziness, all the food you want to bring and maybe even some s'mores.
We will be staying at Primitive Camp on Granger Lake, just downstream from the No. 7 access point. There will be normal shuttles running just like we do for GRXH between No. 7 and PC. Feel free to bring plenty of gear for the family, we have the boats to handle the loads.
We will be hunting, fishing and probably bowfishing; but usually there is just a lot of hanging around the camp watching the kids eat dirt.
We used to do this hunt every year after the GRXH and we just kinda fell off; so I am reviving the Meat and Potatoes Hunt!
