We made around 125 ponds of burger, 200 pounds of sausage, and 10 pounds of buck sticks.
We were busy.

Great set up there.

We put up 75# of axis burger today. Pre-seasoned, made into bacon wrapped patties and vacuum sealed.

Sausage will be in a week or so

Yep it was a good day for sausage making. We did 155 lbs of buckstix this afternoon.
