    Preparing Christmas dinner

    Gonna dry the prime rib in the fridge till Monday morning then reverse sear/smoke it.

        If you get you a remote thermometer or at least a fast reading digital thermometer probe, and you cook by temperature NOT time, you won't mess it up...

        Go to the prime rib section of www.whatscookingamerica.com for all kinds of idea of how to cook it and make all the trimmings...
