I am very lucky at times. man that lives across the street has land with lots of hogs on it. and he has traps. he just kills them. he offered up many to me and they go into the freezer. I don't know of too many places that will take them in for pan or smoked sausage. anyone take it or DYI type? fair price payed by me for the service. or any body know a company?

Man save yourself a lot of money and just buy a cheap Grinder if you are just making pan sausage. It’s easy and plenty of premixed pan sausage seasoning out there on the rack.

Alot of places in Houston won't take hogs outside of hunting season.
The place I found that does is Pete's Fine Meats.. I think it's off of Westheimer
Now you just have to get permission to chase them with your bow

If you are looking for breakfast sausage, just get a pkg of sausage seasoning from Cajun Blake on here, then mix 2/3 lean wild hog meat with 1/3 pork trimmings from a butcher and the seasonings, and eat away!
