I think I gain 5 lbs just walking in there! Only reason I missed driving down 59 was Prasek’s. I have been waiting for the Sealy store to open. I have been stopping there every trip hunting since, to pick up pre-ordered sausage bread with no japs, cheese curds and kolaches. Not to mention the killer cheesecakes.

So, what do you have done to your venison there. What is good?

We’ve been getting our deer processed there for over 20 years. In my opinion, they make the best sausage around. We get it made 60/40 spicy. Picked up a deer there 2 weeks ago and it came out to about $3.50 per link of sausage. That seems like a fair price to me. Summer sausage and tamales are good too.
