^^^ This guy. He has done work for me in the past, couple deer, few euros, an alligator head and some hide tanning and i can't find anything to complain about!! I tried but he is good and very reasonable! He just processed an elk for me and I am impressed. Had sausage, burger, pan sausage and summer sausage made and it was ready in less than a week. Just dropped off another deer last week and again ready in less than a week. Jason has always done right by me and I will continue to use him.
