Where did you find it? I don’t see it on my podcast app.

Should be able to search “Meateater” and find it. It’s a separate podcast from Joe Rogan’s.

I would add Randy Newberg to that list too. He has an awesome podcast, and his video's cover far more of the hunt failures, successes, and what happens after the kill.

I like that he hunts public land most of the time and also shows unique ways to cook the game. He made what is called "faggots" (British word) once which is basically meat balls wrapped in suet from the intestine outter lining. Also got the recipe for osso bucco from his show.
He's definitely not into the canned hunt for massive trophy. He truly seems passionate about the hunting heritage and passing all that he's learned along to others.

I gave it out to several people as a Christmas gift. It’s a great book. A little bit of overlap with his “Complete Guide” books, but a lot of new stuff as well. The pictures in the new cookbook are awesome!

If y'all like Steve, check on Scott Rea Project on YouTube. He's a British butcher that has taken on wild game and shows "how to" videos for butchering game and domestic. He's also putting books out with butchering techniques for wild game and recipes.

watched that one as well, I would follow the recipe to a 'T', except for the intestine...

The hunting collective is pretty good too.
This episode is about a bear attack that happen to the hunter they’re interviewing.

One of the few outdoor TV personalities that hunts for the right reasons.
