Ryan (Hog Smacker) was kind enough to take my son Dustin hog hunting Sat night. They had a big hog coming in and out right after dark, but would never stop long enough for a shot.
Dustin was using a thermal scope for the first and it gave him time to figure out what settings gave him the best view.
After a cpl of hours some sows came in and the the big boy followed them in, when he settled in Dustin put a round between his eyes and dropped him on the spot.
After a few pics and such they were walking back to the truck and Ryan wanted to check out another spot that was on the way. When they got close another big hog stepped out into the path at 70 yards away, Dustin popped it thru the shoulder.
Ryan thanks again and Dylan can't wait for our next trip
