It looks like Gander came back to life as Gander. Went in the northwest location that used to be Gander Mountain. Apparently they've reopened 70 locations in the US of A. Three in Texas so far. Their prices were competitive if not better than other brick and mortar stores. Give them a visit and see what you think. They are a part of the Good Sam CLub, so lots of discounts.

Our local store wasn’t competitive on pricing at all. They were consistently significantly higher on prices. I liked the store but can go down the road and save 10-20%.Comment

Their owner Marcus Lemonis does not want Trump supporters as customers.
He said it outright. They were always too high priced to begin with.
