Office Administrator NEEDED
If you know someone looking, we have a new position coming up for hire very soon.
We're looking for an Office Administrator for one of our small-but-growing construction related businesses. The position being offered is located in Porter, TX and the pay will be in the $30k-$40k range, depending on experience.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
-Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
-Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
-Coordinate project deliverables
-Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
-Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
-Provide administrative support for operations team
-Monitor the production staff
