Did you know Mexico has / had an second amendment similar to the US? In the name of "public health", in 1971 the language was changed. And as you know, it dramatically changed the course of life in Mexico.

Interesting...But there are so many restrictions they have to observe it is like not having a second amendment at all. One gun store in the whole country? Come on.
I don't think many in Mexico pay attention to laws. They are more afraid of what the cartel will do to them rather than the Gov't.
