Should I cut the clover or wait?

I would not cut let it seed and maybe get a couple free crops come fall and winter..Few clovers make Tex summers

It should still seed out before summer. Got 1.5” of rain the day after it was mowed. Might need to mow it again next month if it keeps raining. The new growth is preferred food.
