$40 plus per hour in most refineries. Shell being union I am sure at least mid 40’s. Best job in maintenance with instrument tech being a close second.

You can think the USW for the good pay and benefits.

I will find out the pay I can't remember but yes it's at least 40. instrument is a craft by its self then we have electricians also, it's not combined like alot of places .
