Arrow ATTENTION - NEW Important Bownanza Information ***CHANGES TO LOCATION AND HOTEL

Please read carefully - PARK LOCATION HAS CHANGED

We have had a great run at Veteran's Pavilion, but time has come to move to a new location. The City of College Station no longer allows crawfish boils at any of its parks.

and

That one sent me in to serious panic mode!!! We TBH'ers can NOT have Bownanza with no crawfish! It has been a struggle to find the right location, but it is now worked out.

So, please pay attention to the new address you need to find yourself on March 14th:

Bownanza 2020
March 14th

THE BRAZOS CENTER PAVILION
3232 Briarcrest Dr
Bryan, TX 77802

And, as far as the hotel....we have come full circle. We will be returning to:

The Best Western
1920 Austin's Colony Pkwy
Bryan, Texas 77802
979-731-5300

They are happy to have us back!!!

We will have The Meeting Room for Friday and Saturday night. There is a block of rooms being held until 2/21/20 under the TexasBowhunter.com name. We have the option of Single King or King Suites for $101/night. (No double queens available.)

Don't be a slacker....get your reservation in ASAP.

Oh well, I don’t have a rewards program with Best Western anyway. Looks like there will be a consolation hotel and an Uber added to my plans. Marriott...here I come.

In the words of Justin Wilson....”we gonna pass a good time”!!!

And for the new people who may be apprehensive about going to hang out with a bunch of strangers, it’s a pretty dang good time. I think this will be my 9th year going and it’s something that I look forward to every year. I always leave with new friends.

Newcomers sign up for a Team (any Team) and be there. You will be welcomed, have a time of life, and become an annual attendee. Bring your significant others, kids, and or friends. On my 6th year and look forward to event each year. Even better than chasin' turkeys as they will still be in the woods after this event.

Yessir....according to the ragh**d representative I spoke to at Hilton.

I just booked a room with 2 beds for both nights at the Hampton Inn and Suites down the road at Hwy 6 and University.

So I guess I will either need to mind my manners or seek transportation between venues and the hotel. In other words.....I’ll need to seek transportation
