Default Health Transformation - Year In The Making!

So I began my health transformation journey end of December 2018.

When I saw myself in this first pic below in December 2018, it really was eye opening. I had let myself get heavier than Ive ever been.

Somewhere around the 252-255 pound mark at age 32 and 511

I graduated HS at 189lbs.

It helped that my wife had began her weightloss/health journey 45 days prior to me beginning end of 2018.

Started with Keto because it worked wonders for us. I shed 20lbs from Dec 20th to February 9th.

February 9th is when I got back in to the gym 3-4 days a week.

From mid February till mid November 2019 I lost another 35ish pounds.

Putting at an all time low since HS at 192lbs.

I fluctuate a little 3-4 pounds but overall I have kept it down between 195-199lbs on a weekly basis through the holidays.

Trying to do 2-3 days in the gym a week.

My wife and I had to do a true lifestyle change. She also has lost 58lbs in a year and is at her HS weight as well. Even more muscle tone and leaner than her HS graduation. Shes a freakin rockstar!

Come January 8th I will do a 28 day detox to reboot my system.

Just want to say that if I can do it, anyone can.

I am an outside sales guy and on the road daily.

It takes a lot of discipline that I never knew I had.

Had a lot of support and info from the green screen as well. So much great info and so many great success stories to help me get through the tough weeks.

Looking forward to a healthy 2020 and so glad to be able to be super active with my boys now without being out of breath.

We use a product line daily called Pure Genesis

We have done multiple 7 Day Detox schedules, its amazing the results and you keep off the weight post detox around 75% of what you lose.

Its not for weight loss its for a body system reset.

I feel like a million bucks after Im done. Energy levels through the roof.

Great work and congrats on the results. Im starting my hopeful lifestyle change tomorrow. 90% of my problems are over eating and pure laziness. Hoping to change that and rucking is my intended workout to get in shape for a mule deer hunt next season we hope to draw.

Question on thar detox, would you recommend doing that at the beginning or when do you find it most useful? Not going to do keto again as its not something I can do forever and coming off of that is pretty volatile in weight gains. Or at least my last time was, I put it all back on in a week or two.

I recommend the detox on your first week.

Then every 12th week.

This is my personal opinion.

This is not only a detox but a metabolic reset.

My wife went in to Ketosis in a week.

It took me 3 weeks.

Once I was in ketosis it was easy to maintain.

Started my day with avocado, eggs with cheese, and bullet proof coffee.

My version of bullet proof - tablespoon of MCT, tablespoon of heavy cream, coffee, packet of stevia, and tablespoon Kellogg Irish Butter.

Shaken or blended - not stirred.

I counted macros religiously and I was always high in protein. Had to truly count everything. I stayed under 20 carbs a day

Ill be honest - I had a week of Keto flu (look up symptoms) it sucks but once in Ketosis it was a breeze.
