I found several online a couple years ago. Took a little bit of each one to build a customized version. Turned out pretty good.
Little A1, soy, liquid smoke. And some crack pepper. |

That's basically what I use now. Soy, worchestershire, pepper, red pepper flakes and onion powder.

Salt, course ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, brown sugar. Let sit in fridge for. 2 days mixing twice a day. Sting it up and smoke it. Put a fan on it and let it dry to your likings. You can always rub some of the black pepper off once it's done if needed.

Allegro Marinade, let the meat do its thing for 6-8 hours drain and dehydrate or smoke. I use very little smoke just a little heat 140-150, till dry.
I used to use the venison one from Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing by Rytek Kutas is a great book with many recipes for sausage, jerky etc... |

I take pickled jalapeno juice and cook down some honey in it with red pepper flakes. Add my meat and let it marinate for 24 hours. Turns out good.

I like to slice the meat real thin. I use....
1cup smoked allegro 1/2 cup phillipino soy sauce (Swan from oriental grocery stir not salty like kikkomans) Fiesta rib rub (the red one) couple capfuls of liquid smoke Mix the liquids together marinate over night. Pat dry then dust both sides with the red fiesta rib rub. It's spicey but you can't stop eating it. You can make it hotter or milder by putting more or less rib rub but I would go easy the first batch. |

Worchestire, molasses and a little soy. Marinade for 24 hrs. Drain and use satgrass 7 seasoning. I've done this for 3-4 years and it turns out pretty good. It usually doesn't last long either

I use Fiesta fajita seasoning. My mil had a concoction that she mixed with about 5 or 6 ingredients, but the fajita seasoning in the shaker top container makes really good jerky. I can hardly keep the stuff after I make it, bc the kids gobble it up.

I use the below as a base recipe and then throw in whatever extra spice or condiment that might sound good.. Pretty simply and pretty good!

I bought some of this years ago and it is the best on the market IMO!!! You can actually put it on steaks as well and it turns out great!! Did that by accident but wife loves it lol! Cajun Blake is a stand up guy and the only guy I will buy from !!!!!!!!
