25'mins over the coals with hickory

Tried the roasted last week, we didn't care for it. We seem to like like it fresh and chunky.

I just finished a big patch of salsa using my normal recipe. Wish I'd seen this thread before doing mine. I'd definitely try roasting some of my stuff. Great idea
