I finally gave up. Was at Bed Bath & Beyond getting some Christmas items & found an Orca 27 oz. reviews on Amazon were 4.8 with no real negatives. The store had a test going. Filled it with ice water at 10 pm last night. At noon the ice had all but melted but the water was still in the upper 30's.
