A word of caution...when checking the camera's online, you will view the "Thumbnail" version of the HD picture. To get the HD version of the picture, you will need to purchase additional (to the monthly service) "credits" to send the data pac sent. The 14mp version of the camera has very good "thumbnail" quality and you will spend far less $ on the "credits". Also the monthly data plan is easy to set up. I use the $8.99/month and only keep them active and in the field from Sept - Jan. I had 2 of the older ones that quit working and I sent them back to Bushnell...they sent me 2 new ones under warranty. Happy with Bushnell and their Customer Service.

Having 10 in the field...I spend $90/month for 5 months. I live 1.5 hours from the ranch so it is pretty convenient to the get there, but I am not able to go every week, so being able to gage activity every day, allows me to plan trips more efficiently, because I know where the deer are when I arrive.
Last not...I would recommend buying the solar panels with the camera. It will triple the battery life.

I have been running my first Covert for a couple weeks and I like it so far.
If it continues to perform well I will probably get a few more of them next year.
We have 18 feed stations and it takes so long to check cameras that these are seeming to be well worth the money. Especially with a large SD card and solar panel, there would be no need to visit a feed station for several months.
I am trying to cut down on maintenance and this is an excellent way to save time, and time is money!
