If reward word gets spread around good I'm pretty sure someone will talk. Emphasize the anonymous part, and maybe make it possible to contact you personally. Getting prosecuted may be another thing, but hopefully game wardens will really go after him. You could maybe sue if prosecution doesn't happen. Sorry to hear about all this, know how violated you must feel putting all the time, work, and money in just to have a low-life help himself to it. Good luck with it. D
