there is a school parking lot about 40 or so yards from the area we use.....so we park(most) there...there will be folks there at the crack of dawn to help you unload and set up...we'll have coffee too....and some other required adult pick me up, get started drinks

Here is a suggestion for Team Kid. Would it be possible to move team kid over to where team nametag is and in that corner. The biggest reason would be all kids activites would be right there playground, jump thing etc.. It would also keep kids away from the street. Thoughts ?

The downside I see to that is that the primary component of Team Kid is Wes' (Luck of the Draw's) mega-nice & mega-sized RV. Placing it in that corner would impede line of sight and a lot of foot traffic that goes through that corner.

Yeah that is true. I guess would it be possible to put up the bouncy thing right by the rv. The reason is that adult supervision is needed and if its put up on the far side of the playground than the adults watching are going to be away from the action.

I wouldn't set up the jump house by the rv even if another adult would be there all day and supervise it ,Because there is not enough room over there for jumper. Jump house is usually on the other side of playground so all can keep an eye on the kids.

Note the are between Teams Fishead, and kid food, labeled "Mayor Parking". I have been told in no un-certain terms.....that anything occupying that space besides the Mayor's Yota, be it man machine or beast.......is to be lassoed with a chain and drug up the road like a top-water lure........

That is all.

Once the ribs are on the pit, there is all kind of room at Team Rib.

Iffin I have to, I'll stand in said designated "Mayor Parking" while wearing my gold chain and wielding a lead pipe until the arrival of The Mayor, rolling out the red carpet and herding all unsuspecting volunteers to help unload the Mayormobile...

Just a thought, Team Kid Food will not be cooking anything until kids start arriving. All the food we are preparing is pretty much ready to go so our space will be setup and available to produce your concoction all morning.

And I won't have to walk very far!
