I'm ready to coach my team to victory, once again!

Where's Ashton? I haven't seen her since she dumped those frog shirts on us, last year!

I'm game, and can probably get 2 fryers this year to help speed the process up.

How about the rest of the crew?

Yea, Duh... but "fish head" can be cooked lotsa ways - just go overseas & check it out.... I wanted to know for sure - This'll be my first chance at bownanza. I'm ok with Fried Fish... I might have had a problem with the heads.

LOL ... I think Tmag eats all the fried heads as soon as they come out of the grease!

All kidding aside, Team Fish Head provides the state's finest fried fish to the Bonanzanites!

In.... and, I think we need a few more members to give those that work hard a break, so they can be more like those that don't work hardly at all, like TexasTaxi.

Me too, Marilyn. Love me some tarter.

Along the same lines of grabbing a piece and walking on, I'd like to see something different than putting the finished fish in boxes/coolers to serve later. Seems counterproductive as the newly cook fish is placed on top & then served first.

Any other ideas on how to handle this?

Anyone have access to a few chafers?

We have to devise a better way to serve up stuff... with a more coordinated time when everything is supposed to be ready.

If fish starts stacking up we need to get on the public address and let the crowd know. I hate to think that such good eats are not et.

I volunteer to buy a bull horn, walk from booth to booth, and announce, to the crowd, new, available food!

I didn't realize that we had very much fish leftover.

It was disappearing from the serving table about as fast as we could fry it for a while.

Clint just PM'd me so I guess I should spill to you all also.

There's been a been a severe hitch in my giddeeeup these days with being unemployed for now over 5 months. I'm still healthy, one of the best looking bald men on earth and haven't lost most of my swagger. Jana hasn't said as much but she knows that I'm still full of it.

Jana and I had a blast at Nanza '10 but probably won't be able to make it for the Nanza '11.

You folks have a blast. That said we have been known to do road trips and Aggieland is not that far fo chur, so we may make a cameo appearance . . . ya never know, LOL.

Clint, glad you like the pic. It actually looks like you know what you're doing, LOL.

Have fun within reason.

Pablo

ps - If ya'll know of any H-Town senior project architect positions in the medical field or educational arenas and so on, just send me a pm and I'll be on it like white on rice. I'll bet you a dollar to a nickel that I could also hold my own in the construction field but that market's a little flooded also with talent looking.

Just found out via my private social planner that March 5th is our annual family Skeet Shoot on the river and I was going to twist Jana's arm again to go Nanza-ing again, LOL.

I'm thinking that it was on a different weekend last year.

You folks have fun now!

Hopefully, I'll be there next year unless another calendar conflict with our skeet shoot happens . . . .
